REFUND POLICY

If the technical services provided by 123hpsupports.com are not satisfied by the consumers, the consumers are requested to drop an email to accounts@123hpsupports.com to enhance our services.

One time support charges:

Consumer, who bought onetime support through 123hpsupports.com, may have refund only when the problem is not resolved by 123hpsupports.com technicians. One time fixing is valid for 7 days from the time of purchase. By the case of refund, the maximum time of 15 days to credit to the account which purchase has been done already, for security reason.

Subscription charges:

123hpsupports.com offers 90 days, 180 days and 365 days subscription plans for consumers.

123hpsupports.com offers refund to any of its subscribed consumer within 30 days from the date of purchase without termination fees. From 31st day, refund will be calculated on a proportional distribution basis and 5$/m will be deducted as early termination fee.

123hpsupports.com ensures that refund will sent to the same bank account for security reasons.
